The PF2431 Project

Our group of genetic genealogists are dedicated to identifying our common heritage and rapid migratory pattern during the period of expansion of the Roman Empire into the Iberian Peninsula, Upper Germania / Italy and the Peak District, England, which generated a genetic group in Haplogroup E, named E-PF2431. Our group actively uses both traditional and genetic genealogy to try to understand this genetic group, but it is genetics that brought us together and made us discover our connections. Many of our members vigorously pursue research into their roots in each of our geographic centers with the hope of discovering the ancestral paths of our common ancestors.
